1. Feeding and Cleaning Section
Raw Material Hopper: Supports pit feeding, suitable for raw materials such as corn cobs and corn dry, with a capacity of ≥5 tons.
Screw Feeder (Frequency Control): Stably conveys raw materials to match the rhythm of subsequent processes and prevent blockages.
Vibrating Screen + Stone Remover: Double-layer screening removes impurities such as soil and stones with an impurity removal rate of ≥99%, ensuring raw material purity.
2. Water Conditioning and Peeling Section
Water Mixing Screw: Precisely controls water addition (error ≤±2%), moisturizing corn to 20%-25% humidity to improve peeling efficiency.
Double Rice Mills: Adopts 37kW high-power peeling, with a single-machine hourly output of 5-8 tons, a peeling rate of ≥95%, and a corn bran grain content of <1%.
Buffer Bin (with Level Gauge): Regulates the moisturizing time (30-60 minutes) to ensure thorough softening of corn and reduce crushing energy consumption.
3. Crushing and Packaging Section
Double-Rotor Crusher (Core Equipment):
Hammer-Type Crushing: Standard 1.0mm screen plate, with an hourly capacity of 8-10 tons. Supports quick replacement of 0.5-1.5mm screens (completed within 10 minutes) to meet coarse and fine powder requirements.
Roll-Type Crushing (Optional): Suitable for ultra-fine crushing (particle size ≤60 mesh), with fine and uniform finished powder, ideal for high-end food processing.
Pulse Dust Collection Air Network: Synchronous air suction during crushing reduces dust pollution, recovers corn bran by-products, and improves yield by 1%-3%.
Automatic Packing Scale: Supports automatic weighing and packing of 25kg/50kg specifications, with an error of ≤±50g and an efficiency of ≥200 bags/hour.
